uRecycle® understands the importance of your personal information and provides reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security controls to protect Personal Data. These controls are designed to maintain the confidentiality of Personal Data and protect it from unauthorized access, improper use, and accidental loss. However, you acknowledge and agree that: (i) in general, the transmission of information over the internet is never completely secure, private, or confidential; and (ii) any information that is sent to or received by the Website may be intercepted, decrypted, consulted, and used by third parties, even if the exchange of such information is encrypted.

In this register we process the personal details of our clients, contractual partners and potential clients and their representatives.
4. Use of personal information
Personal information is collected for designated, express and legal purposes. Information for the register is collected from customers and other public sources. The information collected is used to maintain customer relationships, marketing and developing services, targeting services/offers and as part of uRecycle® Oy invoicing.

Personal information for the customer register is collected from the registered person him/her self and other public data sources.
7. Transferring data
The data is not distributed outside the company. However, we do use contractors for the technical handling of the data.
All our contractors comply with the current GDPR and the requirements to guarantee the rights of the registered person.
8. Transferring data outside the EU or EEA
uRecycle® Group may use contractors which provide technical data handling services and which are partially located outside the EU in the United States. If data is transferred to a contractor located in the U.S. this transfer is based on clause 45 of the GDPR (Privacy Shield System) All our contractors have to be members of the Privacy Shield System.

9. Protection of the register and duration of data storage
We respect the confidentiality of your personal information. The electronic register is secured with firewalls, passwords and other technical means in a protected database which only persons with authorization from uRecycle® Group Oy can access. Paper versions are kept in locked cabinets located in a secured room.
10. Rights of the registered person
The registered has the right to:
• Review personal data regarding him/herself in the register;
• Demand that incorrect data be corrected;
• Withdraw his/her consent for any processing that is based on consent;
• Demand that any or all of the data be removed unless the record is required to be kept by law;
• Demand that the register holder will restrict processing of the data to those circumstances referred to in clause 18 of the GDPR;
• Object to the processing of the data in circumstances referred to in clause 21 of the GDPR;
• File complaints regarding the register or data processing with the authority mentioned in section 10;
Disclosure of information to anyone requesting it always requires that the person requesting it can be reliably identified.
